This year marks the 25th anniversary of the largest helium balloon parade in the Midwest, and we are celebrating with all new character balloons, including Papa Smurf, Cookie Monster, Angry Birds, Santa Elmo and so much more! WIth a line-up that also includes pageant queens, dance groups, bands, floats, vintage tractors and inflatable costume characters, the holiday parade is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season in the Quad Cities.
